## Recommended Evaluation Path
1. Install the packaged adapter artifact and validate load status.
2. Review the standalone free-mode baseline:
   - adapter-specific local hardening mode
   - declared allowed actions
   - blocked high-risk action posture
   - `local-hardening-baseline.md`
3. If evaluating paid governance, deploy the hardened SDE profile and confirm PDP health.
4. Review the compatibility matrix for declared runtime support.
5. Run the release verification flow for the chosen adapter and inspect evidence outputs.
6. Review security posture, signing model, and operational contacts.
