Checkout FAQ
This page covers common questions about self-serve purchases, billing, invoicing, fulfillment, and enterprise contracting.
Current rollout status: self-serve checkout is being enabled in phases while payment and licensing integrations are finalized and tested. Pricing is public, but some purchases may still be handled through early-access or contact-led fulfillment.
How are self-serve orders processed?
Eligible self-serve online orders are expected to be processed through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record once the live self-serve flow is enabled for the relevant plan or release wave. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, payment processing, and order-related billing support for those transactions.
What do I receive after purchase?
After successful payment or confirmed early-access activation, buyers receive access instructions for the licensed SDE runtime, deployment bundle, release verification materials, and any included onboarding or support details associated with the purchased plan.
When does fulfillment happen?
Fulfillment is intended to begin promptly after successful payment confirmation or confirmed early-access processing. Delivery may occur by email, secure download, portal access, or another electronic method identified at purchase.
How do subscriptions renew?
For live self-serve plans, subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or annual cadence selected at checkout, unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Early-access or custom arrangements may use different billing mechanics until the self-serve flow is live for that plan.
How do I cancel?
To stop future renewals, request cancellation before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the current paid term.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund handling depends on the type of purchase and whether fulfillment started. See the Refund Policy for the current policy.
Do you provide invoices for enterprise purchases?
Yes. Enterprise or custom purchases may be quoted and invoiced separately from self-serve checkout. Enterprise implementation and certification discussions are handled through www.darkelogix.com.
Are services sold separately from software?
Not on this site. `darkelogix.ai` is focused on self-serve software access and licensing. Enterprise implementation, rollout, and certification services are handled separately through Darkelogix enterprise channels.
Where do I ask billing questions?
Use Billing Support or email info@darkelogix.com.
