Pricing and Licensing
Start with standalone local hardening for supported adapters, then upgrade into PDP-backed production governance when you need signed policies, entitlements, and managed release controls.
License split: adapter layers such as openclaw-trusted-mode and codex-trusted-mode are MIT-licensed. The SDE PDP runtime, hardened images, and related enterprise deployment assets are proprietary commercial software and are not covered by the adapter licenses.
Rollout status: pricing and plan structure are public now. Self-serve checkout is being rolled out in phases while billing and licensing integrations are finalized and tested. Use Contact for early access or enterprise purchase discussions.

Guard Pro Plans
The same Guard Pro pricing ladder applies across supported adapters, including OpenClaw Trusted Mode and Codex Trusted Mode. Self-serve tiers use standard subscription terms; the Enterprise tier is handled as a custom annual agreement. The paid difference is the governed adapter surface and its declared compatibility state, not a separate pricing model per adapter.
Current declared states: OpenClaw 2026.2.15 is CERTIFIED_ENFORCED, OpenClaw 2026.2.16 remains LOCKDOWN_ONLY, and Codex Trusted Mode 0.1.0 is CERTIFIED_ENFORCED for the validated observed current workspace session only.
Enterprise Implementation and Certification
Implementation support, rollout assistance, and compatibility certification are available for licensed customers through Darkelogix enterprise engagements.
Those enterprise offerings are not sold as self-serve SKUs on this site. For scoped implementation, rollout planning, or certification services, visit www.darkelogix.com or use Contact.
Commercial Mechanics
- Simple Upgrades: upgrades are driven by gateways and environments, not seat counting complexity.
- Metering Policy: no per-decision pricing in early tiers; fair-use limits keep procurement simple.
Subscription and Fulfillment
- Billing cadence: self-serve Guard Pro plans renew monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
- Fulfillment: after successful payment, buyers receive access instructions for the licensed SDE runtime, deployment bundle, and release verification materials.
- Cancellation: self-serve subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Access to paid update entitlements continues through the end of the active billing term unless otherwise stated in the order.
- Refunds: see the Refund Policy for self-serve software orders.
- Billing help: see Billing Support for buyer support contacts and Paddle merchant-of-record details.
